The residence was completed in 2011; this 6,300-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home won the 2011 Gold Nugget Award of Merit in the Custom Home over 6,000 sf category.

The Sefcovic Residence is a grant-winning home, a roomy house with a streamlined appearance that blends with the encompassing desert. The house highlights five rooms and an astonishing perspective over the bone-dry surroundings, populated by groups of desert plants. It was composed by Tate Studio Architects and finished in 2011.
The outside is cleared with typical stone tiles that enhance the house’s interior. Numerous characteristic components adorn the indoor living spaces: wood boards, cladded stones, rocks, and last, however not the slightest, intense blue glass boards that help to remember the dynamic Arizona sky.
The principal hues mirror the dry environment. Dusty shades of beige to tans and copper-like accents decorate the inside of this astounding extravagance home. Every house has its center.
