French illustrator Jean Jullien draws witty illustrations pointing out our absurd addictions to technology, social media, and smartphones. The artist is famous for mocking our obsession, which cuts us off from real life, leaving us alienated and lonely.
Besides his satire, Jullien also uses social networks as a political platform. He is widely known for creating the “Peace for Paris” symbol, which has become a worldwide sign of solidarity with France after the Paris attacks.
