Residencia DF By Pupo Gaspar Arquitetura:
The owners requested a modern, relaxed house with plenty of light and spaces integrating the leisure area and pool as much as possible.
The 800 m2 plot had a slope of 1.50 m, 18 m in front, and 46 m in depth. Due to the land’s predominantly longitudinal shape, we achieved a very generous frontal setback. We utilized it by distancing the house’s entrance from the street and placing the garage on the side. This creates a maneuvering area used to park several vehicles simultaneously.
A 6m high wooden door to enhance the entrance, with the lower part pivoting and the upper part fixed. The staircase to the upper floor is next to it, creating a double height, amply lit by glass of equal height.
From the hall, practically all areas of the social wing, including the dining room, living room, TV, and kitchen, are not divided. We can see the swimming pool and the entire leisure area from the entrance hall.
The upper floor has four suites. They are divided into two laterally separated wings and interconnected by a walkway that cuts through the room’s double height.
